Lenten Series – Begins February 22

Lenten Series | Sundays at 5 PM

Our Lenten Series is moving to Sunday evenings, starting February 22 at 5:00 pm. Yes, that means coming back to church—but trust us, we’ll make it worth your while.

We’ll begin the evening with Stations of the Cross, followed by a soup dinner (welcome back!), and then our Lenten program and conversation. It’s a chance to slow down, be fed in body and spirit, and walk through Lent together.

Eucharist Update: Return to the Common Cup

At the direction of our bishop and the House of Bishops, we will discontinue the use of disposable communion cups and return to sharing the common cup during Eucharist, beginning June 15, 2025. This change honors our tradition, strengthens our unity as the Body of Christ, and supports our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Please note: Receiving only the bread is considered full communion, and you are welcome to abstain from the cup if you are not comfortable. Intinction (dipping the bread) is not permitted under current guidelines.

We thank you for embracing this faithful step forward together. If you have questions, please speak with Lisa or a council/vestry representative.

February 9 | Youth Sunday at 10 AM

Join us for a special Youth-Led Worship Service, where our young people will lead the congregation in readings, prayers, and worship! This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the gifts and voices of our youth as they share the message of God’s love in their own unique way.

🌟 Gospel Focus: Our service will center on the story of Jesus calling his first disciples, as told in The Message translation (Luke 5:1–11).“Push out into deep water and let your nets out for a catch.”
