Night of Celtic-Style Worship and Traditions | March 19 at 6:30 pm

Bring your Tartans and join us for an evening of Celtic-Style Worship and Tradition at Church of the Epiphany. We will feature music from the COE worship band with Irish Tin Whistle and Bagpipes. The COE choir and handbells will also share music tied to Celtic Tradition. At the end of our service, there will be a blessing of the Tartans, and throughout the evening you will have plenty of opportunity to learn about some Celtic traditions and sing Celtic-style worship hymns. Invite your friends and join us for an evening of community, music, and worship!

Lenten Series

Our Focus on Lent | Tuesdays: Feb 28, Mar 7, Mar 14, Mar 21 & Mar 28

This Lent we will be launching our small groups. Please join us on Tuesday February 28th for Stations of the Cross and for our first small group gathering. Stations will begin at 6:30, followed by our first small group meeting. If you have not signed up yet, please come and check it out.

The groups will meet at Church on Tuesday’s during Lent where we will watch together the video provided by Centering on Christ and then meet in our small groups. After the initial meeting some groups may decide to move to a different date and time.

Centered is a discipleship series guiding small gathered communities to get deeply rooted in love with God and one another, so that we all may grow to look, act, and love more like Jesus. The experience includes an initial three-session training for group facilitators, followed by nine core sessions during which church members, neighbors, and friends gather; view two short films, discuss questions about God, belonging, and living a meaningful life; and support for each other in committing to intentionally follow Jesus and his Way of Love.

The full Centered series consists of nine sessions that can be led in 60-, 90-, or 120-minute increments, in-person or over a digital platform. Each session features video content hosted by a diverse team of leaders, lay and ordained, from across The Episcopal Church.

The themes of the nine sessions are: Meeting Jesus and Each Other Meeting Jesus and Sharing Life in Small Groups Following Jesus as a Way of Life Loving God Like Jesus Loving Neighbors & Strangers like Jesus Loving Other Disciples like Jesus Loving Ourselves like Jesus Creating a Sustainable Rule of Life Looking, Acting and Loving Like Jesus…Together

Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously;

    let this be known in all the earth.
